MYNZ Limited collects only what we need to fulfil your order and look after you as a customer, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you order or contact us; your purchase history; and the messages you send us. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never receive your full card number.
How we use it
- To process and deliver orders and to send tracking and receipts.
- To answer enquiries and handle returns.
- To send our newsletter, only if you have opted in. Unsubscribe any time.
Sharing
We share delivery details with our courier and payment details with Stripe (and Afterpay if you choose it). We never sell your information.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies to remember your bag and to measure how the site is used in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@oria.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
